Zitac strengthens its HaloITSM investment following increased demand
Four new customers, six new employees focused on ITSM and HaloITSM, seven specialized resources, and growing capacity in implementation, migration, and long-term development.
Zitac continues to strengthen its position in HaloITSM after a period of increased demand from organizations in Sweden and across the Nordics. With four new customers, expanded delivery capacity, and a growing specialist team, Zitac is now intensifying its investment to meet demand in implementation, migration, and long-term ITSM development.
Since Zitac became an official HaloITSM partner on 16 June 2025, demand has continued to increase. At the same time, the team is being expanded to meet growing needs in advisory, implementation, migration, training, and ongoing development.
“We are seeing clear momentum around HaloITSM right now. More and more organizations are looking for a platform that combines flexibility, usability, and a fast path to value, but they are also looking for a partner who can help them make the right decisions from the beginning and build sustainably over time.”
A market in motion
Zitac is seeing a clearly growing interest in HaloITSM among organizations that want to modernize their approach to IT Service Management. This is not only about the platform itself, but about a broader shift in the market where more organizations want a better balance between flexibility, usability, control, and long-term governance.
For many organizations, it is no longer enough to have a powerful system on paper. They also need a partner who understands processes, governance, prioritization, and how an ITSM solution should actually work in day-to-day operations. That is the shift in which HaloITSM is becoming increasingly relevant, and where Zitac is continuing to build its capacity.
Strengthened capacity in implementation, migration, and ongoing development
During this period, Zitac has:
- won 4 new customers within the area
- strengthened the team with six new employees focused on ITSM and HaloITSM
- expanded capacity in implementation, migration, and ongoing development
Today, Zitac’s ITSM investment consists of 20 people. Not all of them work exclusively with HaloITSM, but the investment gives Zitac broad and growing capacity within service management and adjacent delivery areas.
Focus on real impact, not just technology
Zitac’s HaloITSM offering covers the full journey, from advisory and pre-study to implementation, migration, training, and ongoing development. The focus is on helping customers build solutions that work in practice, with the right balance between standardization, customization, and long-term governance.
The new assignments include organizations with high demands for governance, service delivery, and long-term development in both the public and private sectors. Specific customer names are not disclosed, but the development confirms that the market is moving and that more organizations are actively looking for more modern and sustainable paths forward within ITSM.
“For many customers, this is not just about implementing a new system. It is about creating better structure, clearer accountability, and a way of working that holds up over time. That is where we want to be a long-term partner.”
An investment that continues to grow
The latest additions are part of a broader investment in ITSM, where further initiatives are already underway. The goal is to continue building competence and delivery capacity to meet a growing market need and help more organizations succeed with modern, sustainable ways of working in service management.
