If the problem cannot be solved over the telephone or by remote control, our IT consultants in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Örebro, Helsingborg or Malmö will be happy to visit you to rectify the issue on site.

We register you case in our ServiceDesk system so that you can easily keep up to date with the case and any activities via an online interface, or we can update you by email. You can even log in yourself to add information to your case, something that creates a simpler and more informative communication channel directly to our technicians.
