When it comes to client management, Joakim is absolutely one of the best ones here at Zitac. Joakim is based in Malmö and has extensive experience in client management and automation.
Tell us about your role at Zitac
My role at Zitac is as an Endpoint management consultant, which means that I mostly work with client/server management for both smaller and larger clients.
The tasks are very varied and can be everything from larger implementation projects of new functionality, creating automations, ensuring the security of the devices to daily management, operation and troubleshooting.
What are you currently focusing on in your work?
Automation of tasks and processes.
Help customers identify any challenges that exist with the move to the Cloud.
What types of challenges do you solve for your customers?
We help customers find the best and most efficient solution in our field. Much is about automation, eg automating a process or work task that normally requires someone to spend time performing.
What is Zitac like as a workplace?
At Zitac, the ceiling is high and close to the managers, you can always contact anyone regardless of role or business area.
The attitude of "employee first" permeates the whole of Zitac, which is particularly noticeable as it is a group of really good, competent people who enjoy and have fun together!
