Trelleborg Municipality has signed an agreement with Zitac for HaloITSM. Zitac, with strong expertise in IT Service Management, will deliver Trelleborg Municipality’s new ITSM platform. The choice fell on HaloITSM, a modern and flexible solution that will help strengthen the municipality’s IT support and ways of working.

A new ITSM foundation for the municipality’s digital processes
The assignment includes procurement of a new ITSM system, as well as implementation, support and maintenance for the Digitalisation and IT Department in Trelleborg Municipality. The new solution will replace the current ITSM tool and service portal, and will support all ITIL processes that the organisation works with today.
With HaloITSM, Trelleborg Municipality will gain better support for its core processes and the opportunity to work in a more structured and proactive way in a modern tool.
