Zitac Monitor provides you with the ability to create real proactivity. Our monitoring service can analyse to identify anomalous events on the network; for example, if a server has failed to start properly overnight or even something as simple as a disk being almost full. All in order to address problems before they become critical and your business suffers. Alerts can be sent to your IT department by text, email or push notice to telephones or computers. Naturally you can also connect monitoring to our ServiceDesk, where alarms can be dealt with according to an agreed procedure.
Recurring errors can be automatically rectified by restarting the service or using custom scripts. Outsourcing your monitoring also means that you will receive an alert in the event of a power outage in your data centre or problems with your firewalls.
In addition to alerts and tickets, we also generate reports for you showing the most common issues affecting your environment or customised reports containing data such as how much traffic has passed through your firewall or core switch over the past month.
